79 cj5 brake backing plate

Any ideas on other vehicles that use the same set up as the AMC20 ? Lost the left rear wheel and everything including the axle towing it home the day i bought it. The brake backing plate got pretty tore up and none of the pick and pulls around here have cj's that i can get parts from and I'm trying to keep my budget down.
