AM I CRAZY or...

New 3 inch lift and I would swear that my steering wheel used to be centered straight up and down going straight down the road you know ...
Now it seems to be turned to the right when I'm going straight...
AM I CRAZY or is this possable ;and if so, why and what to do to correct.

no not crazy
a few things could have happened, the degree shims you had between teh springs and axle were not enough for the new lift causing wander.
but more likely the your issue is the draglink is set for the non lift length and not for the lifted length and needs to be lossened up and turned to the correct length. Easy fix.

Yep just readjust your draglink till the wheel is straight.

I agree with "Dog", your drag length is effectively shorter with lift.

I don't see where this lift has anything to do with your mental health. If you were crazy before the lift , you are still crazy. stay on your meds.
