I ordered a Ten Factory AMC20 one piece kit from quadratec (https://www.quadratec.com/products/26125_0000_07.htm) and was starting installation when I ran into a snag.

Specifically, the bearing spacer has a shoulder on it that doesn't allow it to enter the axle tube. I made a video here:

I talked to the guys at Ten Factory and they said to grind down the shoulder. I mean that will work, but it just seems like the spacer is sized incorrectly, especially since the wheel bearing slides in all the way.

Anyone run into this issue on a one piece axle install? Do I have the worlds weirdest AMC20 housing or is there something funky about the spacer?

This is in a 1980 CJ7

Can't tell for sure-Looks like you may still have a sleeve or such in the axle tube still.
What do the instruction say?

I know the Crown one piece set up has you grind the bearing to fit. But not a shoulder per say, but the whole backside of the bearing. They have you do this to have it fit flush in the housing saying there are variances in the housings.
