- '84 CJ7 - 430hp 401 on propane - T18a/D300 twinsticked, Superior axles, Lockers, full boatsides, Warn 8274, OBA, 36" TSL's.
No real trip report, just some messing around down in the Snake River canyon...this is my backyard.
Im always kind of disappointed how trail pictures always turn out. This thing isn't near as easy as it looks and is much steeper then the pics indicate.
People say there aren't any rocks to play on down here...they just dont know where to go.
This is the small lake at the bottom of Devil's Corral. It's a narrow rock ledge that takes you down into the corral that's surrounded by cliffs. You dont get back out of this thing unless you have lockers at both ends. Ascension and descension requires a pretty narrow axle width. I dont ever feel comfortable going down there with just one vehicle....but I do it anyways. If anything happens your done. There is no cell service down in there and even a broken hub will keep you from getting back out.
And of course, some gratuitous Jeep shots.
