I noticed today that when I turn the turn signal on my volt meter jumps every time the turn signal flashes. It runs right at 14 volts then when the turn signal flashes it jumps to 15 volts. Any ideas?

Probably a bad gound - Check your grounds under the dash, at the voltmeter, and at the grill.

You could check the turn signal flasher relay by swapping it out with the emergency flasher.

I'll give that a try Torx... I have checked the grounding and it looks good to me. I am also gonna put my voltmeter on the battery and see what it does , I doubt if the voltage is actually spiking but it's easy to see.

Try checking your alternator output. It could be just a little low.
