I'm currently trying to mount my T-176 to the torque arm, but the bolt holes don't seem to line up. I'm not sure where the torque arm came from. It is either off the T-18 I had or another jeep Transmission . I thought they may all be the same.

torque arms?
Are you talking about the Transmission mount?
The CJ tranny mount is screwy. I think it looks like someone jury rigged it in their garage. There is the rubber (or polyurathane) mount (part 18-197-I in the below picture. This doesn't line up with the holes in the tranny or adapter place so the mount has a 3rd bolt hole to the right of the rubber mount. This wasn't enough to prevent twisting of the Transmission so an additional doughnut mount was added to the right of that.

I say right but that is in relation to this picture but since this is shot from the front maybe I should have said drivers side.

these Transmission mounts vary by year and Transmission . Are you doing a swap? You may be best off using the mount from the donor. Even then you may have to reposition and re-drill the skid plate.
Or fab your own mount like i did:

Yeah the part I'm looking for is the 18.200-1. The one I have doesn't line up with the Transmission . It seems to be off just a bit. I'm doing a SBC swap but I'm using a T-176 . So I would like to find the right mount. If not I will just have to fab one up. I'm ready to weld my motor mounts in and want to make sure the Transmission is positioned correctly first. I'd hate for this to slow me down.
