Tired of looking at tube fenders only to discover they require you to cut your inner fenders out of your factory fenders, or offer no inner fender at all? Us too. That’s why when we saw these new tube fenders from Dave’s Customs Unlimited we knew we needed to bring them to you. The company offers fenders to fit any CJ, YJ, or TJ from ’76 to ’06 and they are all made from 1 1⁄2-inch-diameter, 0.120-wall tubing. The 1⁄8-inch-thick plate is hot-rolled steel that is then CNC laser cut and formed. Each fender is then welded in a fixture for a precise fit every time. The fenders feature a small inner fender well for mounting underhood accessories but can be easily trimmed to clear shocks and suspension components.
