Let me know which is best to have. I already have the Jeep CJ Rebuilder's Manual, but the pictures are horrible...

I have both, plus a Clymer. I have found that there are pieces of information are not in one, but in the other. And found different information not in either in the Clymer manual.

I have both the haynes and chilton, not much difference IMO.
I'd try to find the FSM it's the best.
Here's one for sale if you can't find a freebee somewhere on the web. http://www.bjsoffroad.com/prod-672.htm

Seriously? The Jeep FSM. Yes it's a bit pricey but EVERYTHING is there. Tool numbers are there, correct torques are there and there's no generalized, generic directions.

Man up, wince, and spend the money. You'll have the book for a long time and you'll recoup what you paid for it in the loss of aggrivation.

I agree with stodg73. I have all 3 and between the 3 you can usually find most of your needs, but I also have an 82 fsm pdf to reference and a printed out T-4 / T-5 manual. Here's a link to some manuals for some years.
