Bleeder screw won't tighten

My day of misery continues.
My rear driver side bleeder screw was badly stripped so I pulled it out to replace. Now the screw I have to replace it, although it fits very snugly, spins in the hole when it should tighten down. I'd say with about 80% force it will just continue to spin. I didn't think it would be a big deal but even with it that tight when you apply the brakes fluid comes out.
Has this happened to anyone? Any way I can fix this? Threadlocker? I want to be able to bleed them again but the hassle of replacing the rear backing plate seems immense.
Thanks in advance.
