Saw a great tat on another site and I thought I would start a thread where we can show of our 'Body Art'... :)

This one is simple but really means allot to me, and since I'm a geek it's meaning is kinda - well, geeky deep.

It's a ^2 tat. And if anyone understands numbers... That is the symbol for raising something to the 2nd power... So - What does it mean... If you raise something to the 1st power it stays the same, but to the 2nd power it increased in magnitude. I have it so I always will remember that there is 'A Higher Power', albeit it be your God or the universe or anything you believe in; and always try to 'Work To Higher' level...

Like I said - Geeky deep... :)

I'll take a pic of the one I got for Christmas one year for my Brother! :)

Anyone else?

I allways wanted a tat, but a long time ago when I would have done it, I was forbidden to have any identifiable marking on me. Then when I was able to, I just never got one. :(

I saw Franks new tat on another site, do I thought I would start this thread. I know FF has some nice art! Posted from my CrackBerry.

Do you know what a tattoo looks like on an 80 yr old woman? I am not getting one because I will eventually be 80 and my pretty tattoo will be disfigured and ugly.

I wanted one. You know those 'Made in China' stickers? I wanted one that said 'Made in Japan Assembled in US' but like I said...

this has been a running dispute between my bride and me for our entire relationship. I can't stand seeing a body marked up, then years later seeing what it has morphed into. She, however, thinks different.

Sure it looks good when its new and fresh, but later after the canvas has stretched (or shrunk)...EEWW

Me wife has one nothing seen, it's on her side back area, I like them but I'm not a tattoo person, can't see one on me.
Plus like mentioned above I also had a previous job that prevented me from getting one.
I was in the Navy and USAF and never got one, my father did 22 in the Navy and never got one and he used to hang with those china sailors when he was first in.

So...since mine was the inspiration for this thread....here it is...

Thank you CJ :chug: I've been going to the same guy for a few years now and I let him do what he thinks looks best, after all, he's the artist;)

One I had done about 8 years ago... My Bro went to FSU and had the nick of TNole... He is now part of my skin! As a Gator it killed me to get the tat, but at Christmas - seeing him grovel and when I got the hug - it was worth it!
