Body Mount Bolts

I need to replace my right rear (next to gas filler hose) body mount bolt because the nut is stripped. It looks like I need to cut into box frame of tub to do it. Is there anything I need to worry about while doing this, other than blowing myself up?

No-the nut plates are inside the frame.
