Body panel replacment

What (if any) is the rule-of-thumb for replacing multiple panels on a CJ5 ?
I think mine is worth working on but I am going to need to replace both rockers, rear floor, front floor pans, needs patch work on the tool box under pass seat and the rear inner fender (roll bar mounts to it) and the solid panel across the back, and of coarse the floor supports will be replaced as well. This is TONS cheaper than buying a new tub!
The upper body edges are all good so I was thinking or cutting patch panels from the replacement pieces so I can keep the tub's general shape intact and tack in cross bars to keep everything square while I am cutting away the rot. I thought I would start with the rockers and rear panel and then tackle the floors???
Any opinions different from this?
thanks, Ed...
