Brake Pads and Rotors

Anybody have any recomendations on a good brake pad. Need some good stopping power for my 35's.
Also would going to a slotted rotor really make a big diffrence?
Eventually going to do a rear disk conversion.

I have had good luck with Hawk or EBC pads. Currently running Baer drilled and slotted rotors on the front and SSBC slotted rotors on the rear. I think the slotted rotors help.
