Brakes locking up
bassplayer
Jeeper
OK heres the deal!
I have a 68 CJ5 225 v6 all stock. so I changed the master cylinder ,new drums, new wheel cylinders, shoes. got everything bled in, brakes feel good. So I drive for a short while then the brakes start to apply without me pushing the peddle. so when I stop and get out my brake lights are on and the jeep wont move. someone told me that my master cylinder might be sticking, so I drove it again the next day when everything was cool, the brakes where unlocked at this time. So I drove it without aplying the brakes at all. and once the engine warmed up the brkes started to apply them selves again. So I thought it might be heat from the exhaust making the fluid expand. So I put heat rap around the exhaust and the brake lines and the master cylinder. Guess what ? It did it again. So I'm ready to shoot the old mule! Anyone got any Ideas what might be going on here? also for some reason It is very hard to find any parts for this year jeep.
