Bushing HELP!!

OK got the lift all installed on my CJ7 (1979) and was finishing up the front end with frame shackle bushings from Daystar.

They just fall in. upon measuring I find the bushings are 1.0 inches and the hole in the FRAME shackle is about 1.075 the old rubber bushings had to be beat out with a chisel and hammer so I am pretty sure the frame shackles are not oversized and being Sunday I can not call the shop that sold them to me or Daystar.

any input would be great!

I believe you are talking about a oem front spring hangar that has opened up a bit due to a poor design. I have seen many of those break right at the rivet clearance hole after an aftermarket high lift spring kit has been installed. I would suggest installing an aftermarket spring hangar that has been designed a lot stronger than the oem units.
