I have a local brake shop going to check my brakes out and most likely replace my the rotors/pads/drums and not sure what else. But I need to make this jeep street safe. He said he would be getting the parts from NAPA.

I wasn't sure if he is going to have a wide range to choose from (cheap to expensive parts), but I just want to make sure I am getting quality.

Should I tell him I am seeking certainthings like: organic pads / semi -metallic / tru-stop/ Safety-Stop /premium /ultra.

Anyone been down this road, on brakes? which type of pads to get?
thank you for any suggestions in advance

For pads, I would suggest the organics, since they are not to hard on the rotors and drums. For rotors, buy the good ones, like in expensive because the cheap chinese ones will warp. Like wise for the drums. I find N.A.P.A. and other parts stores has a cheap version and quality version of some of their items.
