When your birthday is Dec. 23rd you get lumped in with Christmas.
Its actually a friend of my nieghbors. I never knew this before but there is such a thing as a "Seeing Eye Miniture Pony". This one was being trained for just that purpose. The guy said it sleeps with him and all.
To each his own I guess.

I knew this one...If my eyesight gets worse (I already have a cane..) I had wanted a seeing eye pony instead of a dog. We already have horses so we are set for their care, but these special ponies get house trained and everything so they can live inside a house. For most folks you don't learn about this stuff until something bad happens to your eyesight or......
..one of these ponies ends up in your yard looking for dinner - glad you matched up the owner - they really cost a lot to get trained. Full size horses typically live longer than a dog would, and a mini usually lives longer than full size horses (according to WIKI).....
