I have an 83 CJ, I’m putting a new carb on it and it says that I need to run a fuel pressure regulator...what’s a good one to install with my Weber 32/36 2 barrel?

The Holley 804 appears to be what most people point to

Just run the OEM fuel filter with the return line. That will take care of the fuel PSI issue.

I have the Weber 32/36 on my AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l . If you set it up as LG says with the fuel return line as it is supposed to be you don't need a regulator because the fuel pressure regulates itself through the return line.

I just put a cheap Mr. Gasket regulator on mine and works fine. I had trouble with the jeep running too rich at long traffic lights. The 8 psi was pushing past the float but regulating it down to 4 psi works great. I have a carter YF on mine though.
