So I have an '82 scrambler w/ Dana 30 and AMC20 that I am rebuilding and I have been doing my research on the CJ to YJ spring conversion but I just want to make sure that I have the right parts for this suspension lift as the internet has made it clear as mud for me :)

Heres my parts list from 4wd.com:

Crown Front spring plates: CRO52040348, CRO52040407
Crown Rear spring plates: CROJ5363439, CROJ5363440
Shackles: DAYKJ61010BK, DAYKJ61011BK (0.5" lift)
Ubolts: KIT4WD603, KIT604
M.O.R.E spring shackle hangers MRESR103 (X2)
M.O.R.E shackle frame mount brackets W/I404 (x2)

and I'm going with YJ OME 2.5" HD's springs F&R, w/ bilstein 5100's.

Also, I am replacing my body mounts so should I go with a 1" body lift to help fit 33's? It will be used primarily on the road with offroading consisting of mountain roads with creek crossings, minor rocks, and kelly humps. I want to keep my factory sway bar as it is going to be on a DD which sway bar disconnects/ext should i go with? I'm open to any suggestions.

I would suggest a 4" lift for 33s. Along with the 1" body lift for off road.

Yes, as the suspension loosens up the tires will start to rub when the terrain gets to be "fun". A lot of guys just deal with it and trim the body and fender skirts. When you start having lots of fun you will probably ditch the sway bar like most everybody else.
