cj for $400 a good deal

i was looking around and found a 73 CJ5 with the original kelly hardtop and AMC 304 for $400 but the tub is missing. the rest is there like the hard doors windshield tailgate and front clip. the drivetrain is all intact the thing just sat in storage for 25 years. think its a good deal if everything is in good shape?

well when i went to look at it the top wasnt even worth its weight in scrap and the motor wasnt locked up but couldnt do a full turn so it was frozen at one point. the carb had caught on fire and the tranny sat with the top plate off for a while and the rear end was totally seized. the only thing maybe salvageable was the frame and i already have too many of those
