CJ5 Under Body Repairs?

I have recently purchased a 1974 Jeep CJ5 to restore. I have been looking for one of these with out a ton of rust for a long time and I finally found one. The floor panels and tub are basically rust free but the front floor supports where the body mounts are have rusted through and need to be replaced.
Is this something I can buy to install or will I have to fabricate it myself. I have been looking around on every Jeep part site I can find and cannot find what I am looking for. Any suggestions or first hand knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
