when i picked up my CJ7 the guy had replaced a tie rod and at that time removed an add on steering stabilizer....i will tell you no matter how i have it set up it hits diff cover, doesnt seem to fit right :censored:...can anyone please!! post some pics of how your is mounted...tks

I have the same issue.Tried several different ways. It had to have been hittting with the po. What brand did you get?

I cann't fine a pic of mine as I don't run one anymore, but it mounted to the driverside spring pad and the tie rod so it didn't come anywhere close to the diff. cover as I remember.

it came with the jeep, its a rancho, mine didnt have an oem stabilizer..PO said he took it off when doing a tie rod and never reinstalled..figured id try to put it on if i had it sitting around.

I'm not sure if the one on mine was stock or not, but with the mount bolted between the spring and the axle I figured it was.

:confused:Here is some pics of my oem set up.It will bottom either left or right no matter what I do.
