First of all.
Narrow track Dana 30 axle from an 80-86 CJ has locking hubs, disc brakes. Brakes are new, rotors are new, calipers new, rubber lines are new and master is new. Stops great.
The passenger side brake makes a clicking/clacking sound on each rotation of the tire. There is about an 1/16 inch of space between sides of pad and caliper that allow pad to move. The drivers side is the same but doesn't clank. Aybody run across this. Is the pad too small? Caliper too big? New rotor not flat? Hard too be cool when it sounds like a train!
