Where is the best place to find ball joints for a Dana 27?

D27 have king pin bearing not ball joints.
What I believe you mean is tie rod ends.
Your tie rod isn't stock, look for a part # on the Tie rod end or take the part with you to match it up.

What would you call that other joint that connects the drag link to the tie rod? I'm thinking I may need to replace that too but can't find it because I don't know the proper name.

Many different configurations of that type of Tie Rod end out there.....perhaps you'll need to get your calipers out and measure what you have.........these guys up North in Auburn , Ca. @ Parts Mike can help you......
