Dana 300 sye conversion

81 CJ5 with 4 cyl. 2.5 RC lift. Question, whats the best sye conversion? Any device would be appreciated. Thanks

I thought the Dana 300 doesnt have a slip yoke, meaning the d/s bolts directly to it instead of sliding into it..

thats how it was on my '84 with a Dana 300 ?

Ya a Dana 300 doesn't have a slip yoke that's something that came later, the big thing with the Dana 300 is the 32 spline outputs and 4 to 1 gears and short rear outputs which I love my jb conversions I built my 300 with everything they make

Price? So i'll need a different yoke and a CV driveshaft. Would like to get by as cheap as possible. Thoughts?

You will also have to point the pinion angle on the diff the same as the driveshaft drop. Sometimes these angles are very steep and it is better to rotate the diff and reweld the pads.
