Difference in replacement steering wheels

Hey guys, need to replace the steering wheel on the 66 CJ6 and finding both 1 1/4" and 2 3/8". Is there a difference?

The 1 1/4 says up to 66. And the 2 3/8 seems to be out of stock everywhere.

The PO put some aftermarket on there so need wheel and button replaced.

Good news it horn still works.
