Do I have a lift kit?

I'd appreciate any help you folks can provide. I simply need to change the shocks on my '83 CJ5 . Obviously, I need to know if I'm equipped with a lift kit before I order the shocks. I have only leaf springs--w/7 leaves (no coil springs) and 3" shackles. I'm currently running 31x10.5 tires, with lots of clearance. As I'm planning to make this cj as "stock" as possible for my daily driver, I'll eventually put 15" all-season tires on. (please don't judge me). Thanks in advance.
