Im thinkin just sawzall away the rust and run 44s. :D

Actually its my parts Jeep that will be delivered Saturday. Cost me $425 delivered. I'll be using the power steering system, power brakes, auto Transmission , steering colum and some little b.s. stuff for the Scrambler. Drivetrain is intact just no dash or front clip. Figure I'll get $AMC 150 for the Transfer Case and $100 for the wide trac axles. $225 for a total auto conversion, power steering and brakes sounds pretty good to me. ;)

Figured this would be the easiest way to get all the little stuff I needed besides just the Transmission itself. After its stripped I'll probably cut it in 1/2 and make a trailer similar to what Thorwon did.
nice, that is one way to get your parts :)

after reading the Thorwon post, I have been planning the same, i guess i should wait until i have a Jeep to pull it though :(

Are those hub caps on the rear axle??

Those are factory centercaps. In clean and good condition they can fetch a few bucks. They bolted directly to the factory 15 x 7 wheels either the chrome or the white spoke ones that it has. Thats the only one it has anyway , basically just rollers.

This Jeep isnt going to generate any kind of profit. It was meant to get as many usable parts for my Scrambler as possible. It did that with the power brakes and steering along with just about everything for the auto Transmission swap.

The hot dog analogy made me lol.
