Edd China was the mechanic on the TV show "Wheeler Dealers" for a long time. He left because the show had turned into a more mainstream get the car, make it look shiny and flip it, "dumb it down". When it started in the UK Edd really was trying to teach people how to do the work, body work, engine work, not just customization, a lot of general auto repair. And they'd do all kinds of cars, If I remember correctly they even did a CJ7 episode.
