1974 CJ5, 4.0L stroker from a 91 XJ,T-18 w/ granny gear, Dana 300 w/ Lomax 4:1 gears.
The after market sender in my fuel tank has provisions for a return line from the fuel filter. In this needed? What does it do? Why is it needed?
 
It keeps the fuel pressure constant and the fuel cooler which also makes the fuel pump last longer.
