After fiddling with my new to me carb (it was made in 1963), I got app. 13.2 mpg on a 100 mile trip today. Up from the usual 11 mpg with the MC 2150. Now I just have to figure how well it will work off road and at altitude. The 2150 would idle well to 13,000+ ft.
 
Congrats! Im still at around 9mpg...but propane is $1.50/gal cheaper then gas in my area so Im not complaining to much :D

What compression & cam timing are you running?

May I ask were you can go to find 13000+ft. in your Jeep?
