Ok,* my Driver rear leaf has lost some of its arch.* Rubicon Ex, 2.5". Possibly slightly bent.* *Can a spring be re-arched?* *

I'm sure someone knows who & where to get a spring re-arced. My first thought is;

What caused it to fall to begin with? Re-arcing a spring that may be structurally damaged won't do you any good if it breaks the next time you go wheeling.

I'd replace with either new or known good used (providing you can find one).

Springs can be rearched by a good spring shop, it is possible that you could send them back to the manufacturer, which is probably the best bet. If you bent it, the metal could be fatigued and will eventually break. There might be an add-a-leaf designed just for your spring pack.

I'd call RE, they might sell you a new one cheap (as Superlift did me) or give you a new spring.

I had a right front leaf spring in my DJ5 that was flat from years of hitting holes in the Postal Jeep. I took it to a large truck front end shop local to me. The guy told me he could re arch mine, just bring both front leaf springs to him. He re arched it "cold", no heat, to match the good spring. $45 out the door. The DJ5 sits level now...
:chug:

Ditto!

I would replace in pairs unless they are almost new. :D

Cold re arching is a temporary fix.
Spring steel is formed while hot and tempered with a particular arch. The spring has a "memory" and it will want to return to its original set.
To erase the memory the spring must be re heat treated. Even then it can revert back to its original configuration.

Working with RE, life time warenty, except they no longer have the 2.5, only 4.5, so they might be replacing 4 corners. Will know more in a few days
