Ok so I've hooked up the new harness, everything works; head lights, blinkers, parking lights, tail lights, hazards, you get the picture. The only thing that does not work is the passenger side brake light. I press on the brakes and the drivers side comes on, but the passenger side FRONT parking light will come on just like the brake light should.

Has anyone seen this before? Is this screwy or what. Can anybody help me correct this issue?

Thank you

I would re-check your wiring for the passenger side...may have reversed the front and rear. Guess your grounds are ok since everything else works. Let us know what you find. :chug:

Yes I know that sounds logical, I'm guessing the only place I can check this would be the turn signal connections to the main wire harness. That is the only place that required some guessing as to what wire goes where since I had a new harness made with different color wires.

I have seen this 'back-feed' happen from bad/poor gnds. Each light housing has to be well grounded.
Also note that brake lights are routed through the turn signal switch.
LG

Yes LG, every light front and back has extra ground wires that I installed running to the frame. I will recheck these grounds and make sure I have removed all the paint.

Did you ever figure this out? :chug:
