front end wobble at highway speeds???

I have replaced just about everything in the front end department of my 81 Scrambler except the tie rod and drag link and their ends. I have no wandering or wobbling at all on my CJ8 but at about 60mph, i can feel my jeep shimmy back and forth and i can look out at my front tire and it too is wobbling a bit. I have brand new 35" baja claws with a RE 4.5" kit before you ask. Do you think that the tie rod ends are the culprit???? Also, i bead balanced my tires based on a respectable bead balancing chart, so could this maybe be my issue. Thanks

New tires. New Rubicon Express lift (too bad they filed chapter 11, good lifts)
I would check tie rod ends and ball joints.
