I was under my Scrambler today and noticed that the inside U-bolt on the right side is actually looped over the differential housing casing and not over the axle tube. It looks like it had to be done that way because the spring perch is too far inboard. It looks like there is room for the perch to be more outboard. As far as I know, the springs and axle are all stock. Is this normal or a manufacturing defect?
Thanks,
Scott

yes, that's normal.
