hard door vent windows

Hi everyone,
I have my factory set of hard doors that came with my 79 CJ7 ... they have non-moveable "vent" windows just forward of the roll-down glass... Does anyone know if the moveable vent windows will retrofit into the 76-79 factory jeep hard doors? these are the doors with the old-school lever handles, not the later model ones with paddle handles.

The tops of the doors in the area of the wing are different. With the stationary wing the pinch-welded seam is there. With a vented one it's not, theres just a bridge of metal. So it would take some fab work.
The red one is a vented door and the gray primer one is a non-vented door.

GRRRR..

Did my restoration 15 years ago, but never put my doors back together.... Never liked driving with a roof or doors, but am considering a move to vermont and I figured I might want them on there from time to time!!

Was just looking for a quick upgrade but, oh well...
