I have a 1975 CJ5 w/ AMC 232 i6 6 cyl, stock. The heat riser spring is broken. Any source for replacement? Other makes (Chevy/Ford) that might work? Don't want to wire open or disable.

THANKS!!

Is this the one on the exhaust manifold at the outlet? I'll be pulling my old manifolds off soon, I think the spring is intact. I have a '74 AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l .

I only know about Jeep & Ford. When I did that the caps were different sizes, but I was able to remove the spring from the Autolite / Motorcraft carb & put it in the Jeep cap.
Autozone has them btw.
