Hey folks,

I have a AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l w Offenhauser intake (single plane). I got a Holley 2300 EFI setup and the 2 barrel adapter.

Problem is, the Offenhauser mounts carbs sideways. So my first problem to solve is what direction to mount it. Either throttle linkage on the firewall side or radiator side.

Now after figuring out which way to go with that... What throttle cable should I use?

Bonus would be, is there a 2 barrel adapter that would mount the 2 barrel to the 4 barrel 90* out from the orientation of the Mr Gasket 1933 adapter.

I can post pics if needed.

Pics always help.

With EFI you can really mount it any direction that works for you, it won't matter. Look at some of the speed shops for a bell crank linkage system like the ones used on dual 4-barrel intakes. That should give you what you need to go from the cable to the linkage in whichever direction you end up mounting the throttle body.

You're going to have to get creative because this will be a custom setup. Here's a google link to look through for parts that can put you on the road:
