holley truck avenger vs holley 390 cfm

I'm needing some input on which carb to select. Anyone had both and can give a comparison. Anyone who has one give me your input also.

In my opinion, both carbs are too big for the AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l truck engine.

I'm building my motor with a 68-AMC 232 i6 -4 comp cam 1.94 intake valves 1.50 exhaust valves. 4.0l head and an offey 4bbl dual port intake.

In my opinion, both carbs are too big for the AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l truck engine.

The Holley Truck Avenger is too big a carb for even an AMC 304 without at least a cam upgrade. OK for the AMC 360/401.
