So, in my little home town there is not all that much to do. When I’m relaxing around I always try and have the scanner turned on. Never know what you might hear…
Tonight I’m listening and a BOLO (Be On the Look Out) is placed for an escaped mental patient that took off out of the back of an ambulance that was transporting the man. Seems he didn’t want to go to where they were taking him…
He had wrestling match with the attendants and won!
Police – “Thomas, he’s running up the road toward the shopping center.”
Dispatch – “Description?”
Police – “The only male running up the road with no clothes on!”
OK – I laughed…
