I will be installing the hydro assist in my jeep this month. Ive found pictures and have a good idea of what Im going to do to install it. But I do want to see ways people have mounted them.
FYI jeep has a Dana 44 front axle running high steer with SOA

Nice, that's some creaky suspension... :chug:
That was my tire rubbing on the tub. Spun an axle tube in the fall the year before and never really fixed it, made my drive side rear wheel move forward.

Well here it is. Not welded in yet but I like the way it looks.

Where did you mount your PS fluid reservoir. Mine I mounted on the Head bolt/studs. I made a bracket out of scrap aluminum "I" beam I cut down and fashioned into a bracket with adjustment slots to be able to move the reservoir when changing belt. I am still working the install on my 77 CJ7 . Very interested in your progress. The additional bracket attached is for the fuel pressure regulator.49E7AD53-F911-4F85-BA00-FB12FF6B9CD2.jpeg

Looks like your bracket would fit more engine setups than mine. Mine engine is somewhat missing emissions hardware plus I didn't have my drivers fender on when I dreamt up my bracket. I like what you came up with and I may have to change mine some day. For now it's an off-road vehicle. Lol

It took me a while to come up with what you see. I worked out a few brackets but never liked them. This is the best I have built so far. Might rework it after this years moab trip. We will see.

Thanks for posting the pictures. It makes it easier for us all. The brackets required for any of the upgrades can be daunting to build especially with no examples to go by. If I have to reassemble the emissions on my engine I will have to rework my bracket I suppose. Thanks for the reply. I'm new here so I really appreciate the feedback. I haven't addressed the ram setup yet but will be watching your progress for ideas. :tu:
