ignition lock ...............

hello fellow jeepsters-recently pruchased a 1986 CJ7 with no key but i do have a new lock to install but was wondering if any of u seasoned vets have any shortcuts or advice before i get started......any advice would be greatly appreciated.................thanks

I too am looking for a way to get the lock cylinder out. Everything I read says to insert a punch into hole under ignition cylinder....There is no hole
