I have an 83 CJ7 with original rubber . I am planning to install a Daystar super kit and go with the poly. Is this something a shade tree mech can do or will I need a professional? What special applications should I look for when I do this? Thanks

are you speaking of the super shackle lift?
piece of cake
take less than an hour

Nah , just replacing the rubber bushings up front. This kit includes all the poly needed to do the job. Body mounts are also included.

Body mounts are easy as long as they come apart, if the nut in the body starts turning, well than it becomes a PITA.

Thanks Old Dog,, how about the tie rod , shacklle and sway bar bushings?

Sway bar is a piece of cake 4 bolts that usually come right out.
Shackels, well once again they might come right apart or they might put up a fight.
