My passenger side wiper does not work... after looking through the hole with the windshield down the arm broke where it connects.

I just recieved a replacement arm (long extender) to replace it.

Not sure if I will start today, but posting to see if there is any advise I should be given before I start. It did not come with any instructions so I am going to be doing this trial and error.

I thank you in advance for any suggestions.

It is actually really easy. Fold your windshield frame down and you will see 2 rubber plugs on the back side of the frame. remove those and on the drivers side you can see where the linkage connects. Remove a clip and then remove the old linkage and reinstall the new.

Note: remove the wiper arm and remove the bolt on front of the windshield frame first.

The linkage will have to be turned and twisted just right to remoeve and reinstall. Just take your time and all is good.

I just recently did the same myself.

good luck!

Thank you for your post! I did it and is working great. I will have to buy a new washer for it. There was not much left to the other one.
