My fan very effectively juices all bugs and sprays their guts all over the inside of my hood, fan blades, horn, power steering pump, pulleys, etc.

I don't really want, or need, a fan shroud (and that wouldn't help the bug juice problem on the fan blades, pulleys, and such).

In looking around for ideas, this guy's youtube post came up… BRILLIANT…!!!

I'm making one this winter… no more bug frappé for me...

I've got a nylon one I've had for probably 30 years that has 4 snaps on the outside of grill. Never figured it would last this long so I bought a replacement about 25 years ago, waiting in the parts bin. Works well. The look doesn't bother me.
