iron duke plug fouling

ive got an 81 CJ8 with the iron duke. it will run great for 15 mins or so with fresh plugs. but then they get too fouled and misfire. plugs one and 4 are getting fouled up. the others are a little sooty but ok. ive got AMC 150 -155psi in each cylinder. i plan on ordering a weber 32/36 this week to get rid of the varajunk 2se but i was wondering if there is anything else that could make them foul up like that.
