here are two things that make it seem a little faar fetched, when he shifts the spedo fluxuates and jumps a little, and also when it says 90 mph the lines on the road dont look like he is going that fast, also the wipers were really flapping aorund in the wind,
i have a 360 mildly worked not like that tho, and yea im fast but at 85 in mine the lines on the road go by alot quicker it seems idk.

Those old speedos will jump like crazy when you hit then hard with a shift. The wipers are lucky to still be attached at all given the weak springs behind them. The lines? ....got me there.

Old speedos will jump or bounce due to lack of grease. The grease provides the resistance needed to make them move smoothly. My '79 would run 80 and the needle looked like it was going to break off, bouncing around.

CJ the builder of that silver CJ7 in those videos passed away 10/09. if you go to his youtube channel his friends have posted his funeral video and have also posted some new vids in honor of his memory. they also have finished the white cj he was building. I have been following his videos for just over a year. R.I.P
