The Barnes 4WD Aluminum bumper is completely made from one piece of 6061 T-6 aluminum. This means that the rear bumper body has no weld seams. Only the end caps and clevis attachment are welded on. This provides the strongest possible design. The clevis bars are welded to the front and the rear of the bumper. The bumper design ensures maximum departure angles and the aluminum material minimizes weight.
