Skin Insecurities, Hate Mail, & More!Real World
I just thought I'd write in to tell you how to do your job. Not really, keep up the good work! The March '10 issue had a couple of items that were too good not to praise. First off, the letters section, I always get a chuckle reading about the "controversies" that people find or imagine in Jp magazine. Your response to Stephanie M's letter was spot on. Her family is indeed her business, but a magazine she doesn't even like certainly isn't. Why would she even write a letter like that? Does she think that being passive-aggressive and condescending will change the mag? I guess it worked on her husband, though. Seriously, there are better alternatives. Cut out the offensive page. Talk to your family. Don't buy the magazine. Or, hell, start your own Jeep-specific magazine catering to boring ladies and whipped fellas. Whatever. Also, thanks for printing the other end of the Jeep-lady spectrum. Kelli ("Woman Up!") is welcome to share a Jeep ride with me any day.
