Just finished a pretty cool job.

a rappelling structure to belay rock climbers. The uprights are about 6' tall and weight about 240 lbs each. It's 30" from the cliff face, and cantilevers over the edge about 18" Kind of a tough build as everything had to be dead on, or the upper tube would not slide into place. I spent a LOT of time fussing over the layout of the pads. It was a lot of fun though.

I have done the cliff face thing a few times. I always thought the first step was the most fun. something about going from vertical to horizontal in one step.
looks like a fun way to spend the day.
